Fundraising for Christchurch
Today the whole school wore mufti clothes to raise money for the people of Christchurch who were affected by last weeks horrendous earthquake. The theme was "Red & Black" which are Canterbury colours. We also sat in silence for 2 minutes which gave us time to reflect about what they are going through and how lucky we are here in Rotorua. We raised over $400.00, wow what an amazing effort. All the money raised will go directly to the people in Christchurch. We felt proud that our class could do their bit to help out, don't we look smart in our "Red & Black" clothes!
