On Friday afternoon Te Ao brought her turtle "Bill" into our class for a visit! We got to see Bill move around (he was quite fast) and ask Te Ao lots of questions, here is what we found out.

• her son named him "Bill"
• she feeds him food pelets
• he is quite fast when he moves
• he hides inside his shell when he is afraid or when it is too noisy
• he sticks his head out when he thinks there is food to eat
• his teeth are quite sharp
